Communication and training. Valuing employees and customers.
Hold everyone equally responsible, everyone needs to be on the same page with training, expectations should be taught immediately
Leadership needs to appreciate their team's work and reward effort.
Communication. Our team does phenomenal besides our store manager. They believe they are royalty and any issues we bring up about their behavior is merely "misinterpreted" by us. Our district manager is best friends with them and brushes aside out concerns.

Potential for monthly bonuses are a plus.
I believe all employees should be paid more and the goals should be realistic, attainable, and the goal posts shouldnt keep being moved out of reach. Employee discounts changed, bonus structure continually changes and it kills morale.
Worked there for a year and have only gotten a .25¢ raise. The managers only care about the sales and lying to customers
We need a balanced schedule especially during the holiday season so all can see familys.
I cannot ever get a hold of anyone in HR or corporate to help with my questions. Which limits me to what I can do with my benefits. I literally run my store alone, and i just do not make enough to help with how stressed this job workload makes me.

My team in store right now is great. They listen and we all work well as a team.
Some best things about my team is that we all share the same opinions about our store manager, and how terrible he is. We all are able to communicate without him and run the store without him. We all have the same opinions about this company and how we don't get paid enough for the work we do.
