My overall experience is that I feel over worked and unpaid. My DM tried to get her SM's to work off the clock on their PTO and regular days off. The company has taken away our hours which has increased theft in stores and is causing everyone to feel burned out because our stores cannot be staffed.

Only a few really good workers who are greatly underpaid and and the others well you get what you pay for I guess.

Almost non existent, but has a lot of potential just has the wrong people in the wrong positions. Cordless frustrating for people who actually like the job like myself wanting to move up but can't.
