What are some of the best things about your team?
We have the best communication between the majority of us. We are always helping each other and teaching each other
My team in store right now is great. They listen and we all work well as a team.
Some best things about my team is that we all share the same opinions about our store manager, and how terrible he is. We all are able to communicate without him and run the store without him. We all have the same opinions about this company and how we don't get paid enough for the work we do.
Hard working, and team players
My team is an amazing group of people that try their hardest given the circumstances. Everyone is like family and they feel appreciated by the manager, though they are becoming bitter towards corporate.
Relaxed but dedicated work environment.
The majority of team gets along well and can be motivated to get tasks done. If they were better compensated they would feel like they matter and that is important.
I have the best team i could ask for in this field. They're all eager to help, and have great customer service. They make sure the information they give is correct, and if they dont know something the customer asks, they tell them they dont know instead of making something up.

Not talking bad about eachother. Even human resources talk bad about their employees
