
I don’t really experience company culture. However, the environment of the worksite at the command is positive. The military presence and
I enjoy my coworkers and military presence immensely. I feel a sense of accomplishment and enjoy the work I do. I feel appreciated by my military leadership.
My team as a whole is incredibly hard working and puts the needs of the command first. The team works together well and leans on each other when in need.
There seems to be a weird/petty hierarchy at play at this worksite. Leadership does not exactly lead as a member of the team, but rules over the team, setting themselves apart.
There are administrators working my same or similar position two buildings away within walking distance that make 2x/3x as much in wages. Insurance benefits seem enormously high, and lacking in variety of plans to choose from. Paid time off is nearly nonexistent with this company, accrual is slow.
