The ESOP program needs to be more transparent. We have been told for 2 or 3 years that the ESOP was going to be closed but it still hasn't happened. I still have not received my annual statement for 2023. I have very little faith or confidence in this program as a benefit to rely on in the future.

The crew chiefs seem to never get disciplined for their actions. They are an embarrassment they way they act and talk to our customers. The smaller career fields are not valued but yet are harder to replace. I think pay should be based off of time at the company.
