401k match is outstanding. PTO is a nice bonus as well.

The almost a full day off every pay is definitely the best part

Plenty of variety of choices

The compensation package fairly keeps up with inflation, while allowing me to pursue & maintain personal financial goals.
Fair pay and 401k is great

Salary is competitive within the industry

The ESOP program needs to be more transparent. We have been told for 2 or 3 years that the ESOP was going to be closed but it still hasn't happened. I still have not received my annual statement for 2023. I have very little faith or confidence in this program as a benefit to rely on in the future.

I am neutral when it comes to the package
Review from Operations Dept
Fair compensation that incorporates more than just money.
Review from Operations Dept
Flexible work schedule, time off and 401K
Short / long term insurance and vacation time.

The compensation package is good. It is less than the airlines, but the quality of life makes up for it. That is the reason I didn't go fly for the airlines and chose to be a sim instructor.
Review from Operations Dept
It meets my current needs. I am satisfied.
Health and well fare and pay

For the amount of work required on day to day operations, current compensation is low.

Cost of living is high
Review from Operations Dept
Annual cost of living increases are greatly needed in San Diego County. It would be helpful to receive such a benefit.
My position is at the bottom of the list for pay. Even though we are also allocated to support the 366th mission, transient aircraft, ground fuel support across the wing as well as the constant shift work to support the 428th mission. Would like to be paid at least even with the next lowest paid,

Workers at Yuma site get paid the same as San Diego site when cost of living is much higher in San Diego
Review from Operations Dept
Due to rampant inflation I believe we are way overdue a raise, plus benefits such as regular and sick leave are lacking.
Review from Operations Dept
I perform leadership and supervisor tasks which are outside of my job description. I do so at the request of HR as a deterrent of conflict between coworkers and for my own stress.
Review from Operations Dept
I think our pay should be based off seniority and the Mech 1/Mech 2 system. I also believe the smaller career fields are undervalued and are the hardest to replace.
Review from Operations Dept
The crew chiefs seem to never get disciplined for their actions. They are an embarrassment they way they act and talk to our customers. The smaller career fields are not valued but yet are harder to replace. I think pay should be based off of time at the company.
Review from Operations Dept
My career field works on more subsystems than most others and their base pay is higher for doing and knowing less
Review from Operations Dept
Inflation has gone up way more than pay. Maybe match the inflation rate
Review from Operations Dept
I feel as if we should be getting 45$ a hour.

Nothing, nothing, nothing, nothing, including nothing
Review from Operations Dept
The cost of living barely meets requirements for location. My skills are highly advanced and I feel are being wasted on slow maintenance progress. Considering returning to previous employment
Review from Operations Dept
Medical insurance is way too expensive. We work a very dangerous job and i want to be able to afford doctors visits and routine check ups for myself and my family. Not avoid the visits.
Review from Operations Dept
Aircraft worker and Mech 1 duties responsibilities over lap yet the pay difference is drastic.
Review from Operations Dept
Based on job performance and duties performed daily, compensation for current position should be greater.
Review from Operations Dept
Way under paid for the amount of work I do there is a lot you have to do, and some is not in the job decryption but me being the person I am I will do the job and not complain. I am extremely grateful for this job and am happy to be here I don't want it to come off as if I am being ungrateful.
Review from Operations Dept
With inflation things are going up and not sure if that is being considered for compensation purposes.
