The knowledge in all different aspects of life, dedication to mission accomplishment, and how willing everyone is to help others
Review from Operations Dept
Very welcoming and willing to help
Review from Operations Dept
Their experience, higher standards, and their motivations to follow tech data.
We are a team, we tackle every obstacle as group
Review from Operations Dept
Working with Marines who always provide the support needed.
Review from Operations Dept
We have a pleasant work environment
Review from Operations Dept
The entire team is always incredibly communicative and ready to help. Various departments are able to help each other and cross collaborate with efficiency.
We all like to work together and spend time together.
Review from Operations Dept
Veterans' knowledge and expertise are the very best part of our team. People who have not served find it slightly difficult to understand the processes and procedures of naval aviation.
Review from Operations Dept
We work well together for the most part
Review from Operations Dept
everyone pulls their weight to get the mission accomplished
Review from Operations Dept
Common goals and we hold each other to a quality standard
Review from Operations Dept
That we are all grown men now and can do the job and don't have to worry about checking to make sure the other person did his job right.
Review from Operations Dept
Hilarious, brilliant professionals. I look forward to coming to work.
Review from Operations Dept
Family like environment and working relationships.
My team is very knowledgeable about the job and willing to help out each other.
Review from Operations Dept
The professionalism and the camaraderie . This sim team is phenomenal. Everyone works hard, strives to learn more, and become better instructors. They are fun to work with and always have each others' back.
Review from Operations Dept
I have some sharp people on my team, and they seem to appreciate what I do for the team.
My co-workers only management does not do their job
Review from Operations Dept
Strong collaboration, open communication, and shared commitment to achieving our goals
One Mech III is badly influancing the behavior of others
Review from Operations Dept
Adopt a more professional demeanor. Conduct themselves with better decorum and respect for others within the work environment
Review from Operations Dept
Work harder at doing work and quit hiding behind the union. Hostile working environment when people are recording conversations and have no consequences.
Review from Operations Dept
Hold them accountable for their work. The majority are just there for the income(pay) and not the outcome(production and quality of work)
Review from Operations Dept
I actually like almost all of my coworkers with the exception of one who was up until recently an extremely vocal self-proclaimed Marxist/atheist.
Review from Operations Dept
One needs a change of career. Something away from the government. He is a knowledgeable tech with good work ethic but his disdain for the industry we work in is stressful. The other could show more initiation. Pick programs to take ownership of and stay on top of.
Review from Operations Dept
There is a significant rift between day shift and night shift and no one from nights is able to change shifts. The day shifters aren't willing to change schedules and our management team doesn't care about anything happening in our personal lives
Review from Operations Dept
There’s never a change of shifts even though seniority is what decides who can choose what shift to be on. Immediate
Review from Operations Dept
They Just need to be better people, they are just horrible humans
Review from Operations Dept
Then need to quit complaining about foing there job
Review from Operations Dept
Theres a significant rift between our day shift and night shift because we were hired to work both shifts but most of us who get put on swing shift never get to change because our dayshift workers aren't willing to change shifts for any reason and management doesn't care
Review from Operations Dept
Lack of experience. There is not wnough training put into developing better workers who are recently out of the military.
Review from Operations Dept
Focus on doing the job, attempting the job, and finishing the job. They're too focused on going to the union to get out of work. Then when you need help they magically disapear.
Review from Operations Dept
Be more open minded when working to change things for the better.
Review from HR Dept
Management needs to be more involved and manage the people who need to be managed
Review from Operations Dept
To be more interested in something other then themself.
Review from Operations Dept
They need to improve on understanding the governing policies and their actions need to reflect their understanding. They need to stop gossiping about their fellow coworkers. They also need to be held personally accountable for their actions and/or lack there of.
Review from Operations Dept
Most all the coworkers are great, but it only takes a few to ruin it for the rest of us. We are paid to work 8 hours a day, but some, just a few, feel they are privileged and do not need to lift a finger to help out with the low hanging fruit items. This makes us all as a whole look weak. Grow UP!
Review from Operations Dept
It's starts with the site manager, as many of them engage socially outside of work where they gossip. The team is no longer a team as some receive special attention/treatment while others are treated poorly by the site manager. There is also a lack of effective communication.
Review from Operations Dept
The majority of my co-workers perform high quality work and are motivated. The problem is the couple bad apples who do not pull their weight are never held accountable by supervision.
