Eric Olmos is a far far better site supervisor than Darryl Riegle. Darryl Riegle was useless, biased against women, and a liar. Eric Olmos exhibits Honor Courage and Commitment. This company should consider that Veterans in this field are the very best choice to fulfill these roles.

The communication between me and my manager
Review from Operations Dept
He is open and willing to work with us. Tries to get management to do things that they allow others to do but would not allow me to do.

They understand quality of life as a form of compensation.
Review from Operations Dept
Fair and open with all employees.
They seem very 'plugged in' to us little guys.
Review from Operations Dept
They make it very obvious that they care about my quality of life and go to extra lengths to make sure I have everything I need to succeed.
Taking care of the people that work and fight the union. Get out from behind desk and get to know the people that work here.

Talking to employees, have corrective actions and discplining people who do wrong, actually know whats going on

He needs to learn how to respect and value his people, he makes them feel undervalued and that they are just lucky to be there.

Communication needs to be worked on, company needs support from MALS-11
Review from Operations Dept
Not put managers in positions that are detrimental to moral that don't care about their people. Have internal surveys about work quality so things can be fixed at a lower level.
Review from Operations Dept
Taking complaints on employee's seriously and be able to admit when they made a mistake and get rid of toxic micro managing supervisors that cannot lead or treat people correctly

The leadership team at mountain home afb need to act like leaders and take an interest in the people they're over. We only see them when we are being punished or reprimanded, other than that they are completely gone and hiding in their offices

Everything, everything, everything, everything, including everything

Prefer not to answer. Word
Review from Operations Dept
As employees we never ever see our management team unless someone is in trouble. They never come to check on us or see how things are going, we only ever get reprimanded. They use gray areas in our CBA to deny us flex time and just tell us no instead of comprimising
Review from Operations Dept
This is the only job where I have seen supervisors put hands on employees and throw forms at them. Anywhere else they would be fired immediately. When he does it to me law enforcement will be called.

Communicatuon. The only time we see leadership (across all levels) is when something bad happens. Very reactive management. Not proactive. Creating a negative stigma with just their presents. Go out of their way to make life difficult. Especially with flex time. Can't control their emotions.
Review from Operations Dept
Organizing the work flow, too much wasted time. Unstructured maintenance.
Review from Operations Dept
Provide employees with appropriate training such as CPR and proper confined space training. Stop creating barriars to perform common sense decisions.

Firing Mitchell Smith, at mountain home PKL. Ruining the relationship with Singapore and pkl.
Review from Operations Dept
Communication needs improvement as well as not disregarding everything we say immediately.
Review from Operations Dept
Treating people equally between retirees and non retirees. There is a crystal clear difference in how the older guys are treated much better than the younger guys. There is also a problem with how our leadership likes to act like we are still in the military and don't like treating people like human
