The Trust keeps trying to improve but seems to not know how. New processes and initiatives are constantly being introduced and quickly abandoned. No one in leadership seems to know what they're doing and good employees are fleeing.

Morale has plummeted since new CEO came in. Seem to be all over the place in priorities. Employees arent valued unkess they are a favorite.
Stop ignoring the morale that's plummeted since 2015.
