The management and doctors team were willing to listen to my concerns and help and take action. Everyone tries to bring positivity to each work day despite their issues they may be having at home.

CERN: Very high salary which is tax free. 40 days of vacation a year + you can be buy additional days almost for free, in general one can count 50 days of vacation (double of what's normal). At the same time you can live in France where live is much cheaper than in Switzerland.
SWCA: Compared to other corporate companies, the life balance is here is better. Pay needs to be on par with current market ranges.

The only benefit is the ability to work remotely and the relative work life balance. There are great people who work here, but most don't stay long.
