How employees describe working at Terminix
Jackleg team failed to install baits, leaving them on the ground. After a phone calll to an 800 number explaining and getting no result, then an online communcation with not result, then a registered letter to the local office with no result, I have not heard back from anyone.
leadership, seems to be lacking
Been a customer for over 10 years but recently with some problems cannot communicate with local office - never returns calls.
Management is no trust worthy. Your service people do a half way job. One pest technician did not re attach my crawl space door after the inspection. This bad service has been going on since i had encapsulation done. The Evansville manager does not care or return calls. Call me for more info.
Improve customer service in the Mobile, Alabama branch.

They’re involved and easy to talk to!
It was A+ but they've lost most of that over the years. To improve they should forget about earning a $ and go back to basics
How does Terminix handle HR issues?
Hr? Ha HR is a joke. Reported an issue and they closed it after the manager apologized to the HR rep doing the investigation. Most people wont call HR because they know nothing will be done

Can be difficult, you can allow them to take you over per say! The more you give the more they’ll expect. Have yourself limits/ boundaries

First appearances: men clean cut, well groomed, NEVER IN JEANS, long sleeve dress button down, tucked, belt, dress shoes. Females: hair tied back or styled out of face, dress slacks or knee length skirt, hoes , dress top LITTLE OR NO CLEAVAGE, CLOSED TOE SHOES.all hiring management are trained to set these to the top of their hiring choices without any regards to level of experience!

In my experience extremely competitive and demanding yet very rewarding for those who work hard. Unfortunately hard to advance if you’re successful in sales they tend to stick you in that position.
What's one thing you wish you'd known before joining Terminix?
A better understanding of pay scale on sales Inspector positions. The time worked, amount earned, use of personal vehicle, ratio.

For the sales crew it's non existent. They expect you to give up everything to run a lead. Poor!
