Depends on the manager and the position. You are expected to be available for meetings but in general most managers are flexible and care more about you getting your work completed than they are about when you do it.
Semi flexible. Other than scheduled meetings can set own hours
How's the vacation policy at Texas Health Resources?
This is as of 2017 ••Full-time and part-time benefits-eligible employees accrue PTO per pay period, depending on years of service and your PTO-eligible hours worked. ••You may sell some of your PTO two times a year for a cash payment (up to 80 hours per year). ••You may donate PTO for contribution to an approved charity anytime during the year (up to 80 hours per year). ••You may donate PTO to the Helping Hands Fund. Years of Service THR PTO Accrual Rate Schedule Positions Below Director Annual Per Pay Period Annual Per Pay Period Less than 2 192 hours 2 but less than 4 208 4 but less than 9 232 hours 9 but less than 14 256 hours 14 but less than 20 280 That is for a full time employee working 80 hours per pay period. (Below director level). The company is open 24/7/365 and you do not get federal holidays off unless you use PTO so you will need to use some of the time above
