transparency, honest, and values my opinion
They are understanding, caring and push to make our department the best.
The leadership team listens to the employees.
Learning experiences and opportunities for advancement
Accessibility. I can always reach out and feel heard even if I can't effect the change a union might make.
Be Transparent, take Accountability for your action, not just say it.
A lack of empathy and toxic manager primarily because this manager lays the foundation for other bad behaviors in our dept. screaming, or overworking staff.
Listen to employees specially talent they bring from outside , live the values and the mission you talk about , focus on quality of care which has not improved from last several years , the business has become all about the huge cash in bank
Learn the business of patient care, keeping that at the forefront of all policy. Take their employee retention program and shove it
create a clear cut accountability system and be fair
Review from Admin Dept
benefits are the best part of my comp
Cheaper insurance and great options for PCPs
Fair pricing and normal compared to most
It is reviewed and communicated where I'm paid annually with regard to the market and increases are given timely and according to what's happening in my job.
Review from HR Dept
Not sure honestly, it took a while to get to a fair ish wage
Hard workers get treated the worst.
Review from Operations Dept
Compensation is fair only for leaders not for employees , nurses who work so hard , attrition is so high in those levels
Lower cost medical as an employee of THR is needed!
They mislead employees constantly about the integrity of the company.
They increase the job responsiblities continuously and make the job harder with less resources.
Review from Operations Dept
we get things completely on time
Only some team members are the best, honest wholehearted people.
We work together well and everyone is kind.
Open, fun, talkative amd just good people
Me myself and I... we have good camaraderie for the most part. Just a few bad actors like any place.
Being open and not worry about consequences all the time
Take notes and and assign action items so they can remember who is doing what and what decisions had been made previously
The honesty does not exist with high ranking management of the company.
good working relationship. good teamwork
everything is great at work
Some people we interact with just for the time being can make this negative culture positive at that time.
The supervisor is very understanding. The staff memebers all work together really well making it easy to get the jobs done.
I love that the culture of THR is big on diversity and making everyone feel valued and important.
Positive enviroment and working with good people
Being open and honest and employees cannot do that due to leadership and some old tenured executives including the CEO who is just waiting to retire
It's a big company and for the most part our company culture is exceptional. Of course there are managers that stink - but that's life sometimes.
Review from IT Dept
Quit taking our resources to do the job away... take care of your employees that are dedicated to the organization
Review from Operations Dept
They just need to keep hiring people that are will to serve and provide compassion.
Review from Customer Support Dept
meeting all levels of the group that I would work with
Back when I interviewed, most of the staff actually practiced the THR Promise. Not just selling the illusion of:
Having a panel interview was the beat part.
I liked the energy from the panel of interviewers. I liked the open-ended questions.
Meeting team I would be working with
Interview process is fake the questions are not related to the role , HR is horrible to deal with
The company is not honest but it pretends to be.
diversity, family oriented and people care about one another
The patients and learning new things.
Knowing that I am there to assist my team when needed and that I can work at a pace that works for me.
The people I work with and those we help.
Being able to learn new applications
Better care quality and provide care that is per the mission of the company
Management does listen to the employees.
