Texas Health Resources Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

transparency, honest, and values my opinion

They are understanding, caring and push to make our department the best.

The leadership team listens to the employees.

Learning experiences and opportunities for advancement

Accessibility. I can always reach out and feel heard even if I can't effect the change a union might make.

My manager and director and very supportive.

Fair and open to talk to

Their lack of strategy and accountability is what is breeds laziness and continuous cycles of dysfunction

My leadership team supports one another and the staff

They lead from the middle

Review from HR Dept

They are very kind and helpful

Review from HR Dept

Great teamwork and good leadership

Review from Customer Support Dept

Ever since the higher-ups got rid of our toxic manager at the Rockwall branch it has been amazing. Everyone is so happy and there are no negative vibes!

Review from Customer Support Dept

They walk the talk. I know that they are living our Values and Goals!

Review from IT Dept

The leaders at THR truly care about what we do for the community and our patients. They walk their talk. They are good people besides being good leaders. It's a big company so some of the lower managers I can't say the same about - and when you turn to HR they go to the next higher manager only.

Review from IT Dept

The leadership team attempts to be visible throughout the organization.

Review from Operations Dept

The leadership team’s heart is in the right place, however, a lack of trust inhibits progress. When a problem arises the solution is often work arounds opposed to root cause analysis and accountability. Overall a go

Review from Operations Dept

They are always working with staff to make our job better

They are are open to implimenting new ideas to provide patient satisfaction and efficiency.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Leadership at our entity level is the best. Perfect size hospital for all services and not so large you get "swallowed up"

Review from Customer Support Dept

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Be Transparent, take Accountability for your action, not just say it.

A lack of empathy and toxic manager primarily because this manager lays the foundation for other bad behaviors in our dept. screaming, or overworking staff.

Listen to employees specially talent they bring from outside , live the values and the mission you talk about , focus on quality of care which has not improved from last several years , the business has become all about the huge cash in bank

Learn the business of patient care, keeping that at the forefront of all policy. Take their employee retention program and shove it

create a clear cut accountability system and be fair

Review from Admin Dept

Hire enough people to work

being on the human level and reality of cost of living
