The UPS Store – Removing and/or reducing the ridiculous $3.50 email fee to send your label to the store email for printing, which is an additional fee. I can understand a nominal fee such as $0.50 comparable to the printing fee. Charging more than that is just blatant misuse of position and overcharging of fees!
