Highest level of management does not listen to their employees...we are a subsidiary, so we must do what the parent company says, not what might be best for us.

Being franchised allows you to independently grow your business and at least some of the systems given by corporate help with that

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Working and helping customers more

Take care of the employees that arent taken care of by the franchisees

Picking who becomes franchisees for the stores

Caring about their employees more. Giving the hard workers their just recognition, not more stress.

Listening to their employees. They're making way too many changes aggravating the employees and the customers and making everyone's job harder

Make sure not to threaten employees

Listening too the people in the field that are closer to the customer and measuring the bottom line on what it takes for a Franchise partner to be profitable. Need to allow some flexibility on how UPS Stores are operated in different markets. Let franchise owners make more decisions on their stores

The leadership team is forcing stores to stay open without a single thought of the lives of employees. There's alot of talk about maintaining six foot distances, but that's pretty difficult when Amazon customers MUST breach that gap for their phones to be scanned. Money is prioritized here.

Work hard for The UPS Store growth. Keep store growth in mind when you work with various CRS accounts such as Amazon, ATT, etc.

Focusing on the stores actually making profit, not just undercutting our sales with the promise of foot traffic.

They need to understand the workings of TUPSS from the store perspective.

It feels like they are trying to be everything to everyone - which as many people know, makes you sub-par at everything you are attempting.
