I honestly have nothing positive to say about the company. Corporate constantly micromanage despite pushing the "small business" lie. The customers are unruly and ungrateful for the most part. Look up any UPS Store. Rarely one of them has above a 3.5 rating. It's incredibly fast paced. Difficult job

There are a lot of people up top with their head in the sand about the nature of the competition they face. Instead of proactively planning for the company's future they take out their obvious failures on people down the line and that frustration reaches all the way down to store level.
