What did you like most about the interview process?
The manager had good questions and told me some interesting things about work environment that made me want the job even more.
It was in person. Onsite and very straight forward

I did not have to do a panel interview at the time. However, now they do.

Detail question dialoge on the part of all parties. Most answers were clear and concise but the follow up can use some improvement. It appears that yheir is a disconnect between the vision and mission statements and the imementation and followup on the higher or decision maker levels.
The manager dealt with it directly, and he's not a part of corporate, so it was very casual and expectations were realistically set.
the interviewer didnt make it feel too formal or intimidating.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
It depends on the store. They're all franchised, so interview processes vary.
