Work itself is easy, we're not working for Nasa. My only big issue is pay. All surrounding warehouses pay more. My 2nd issue is HR. Not all HR just Curtis, he is by far the worst part of leadership. In fact he is the only bad part. Everyone else is great. His Amazon mentality doesn't fit with Thrive
