TruGreen Landcare – It started out OK, but a really good manager quit shortly after I started. It was mostly downhill from there. My next manager was terrible. I felt like I was the only one who cared about the customers and what was fair to them. Overall it was very negative.

Coworkers seem to get complacent. Went along with management and unethical business practices instead of speaking up.

The culture is too negative and employees are apathetic. Leadership needs to put out more realistic budgets. Employees need to actually care about the customers.
