Positive environment and the way we all work together.
The employees are the most positive people i have met. Regardless of what happens, if they get cussed out by a person who doesnt want the service or hung up on repeatedly, and they still manage to meet their quotas and remain positive.
Everything is way too bottom-line driven. No real priority to actually do good work or take care of the customer.
They need to be more honest with employees and customers
