Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The lady team is amazing really enjoy working with them as a nice organized group.
Their ability to work and communicate with the other employees and what they require or need out of them. They are very hands on and very good at breaking things down so theyre easily understandable.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership cared more about bottom line and profit than they did honesty and ethics.
The need to create an honest culture; both in dealing with staff and customers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Everything I want is included and very satisfied.
TruGreen does pay on the higher side of fair. They're huge, so benefits package is pretty good.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We work 60 hours/week and get paid for 40. We have no benefits.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work as a team.
Their friendliness and their ability to get the job done while still maintaining social interactions at work. All day long theyre on phones and they still find time to laugh, smile and talk to one another.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers seem to get complacent. Went along with management and unethical business practices instead of speaking up.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Positive environment and the way we all work together.
The employees are the most positive people i have met. Regardless of what happens, if they get cussed out by a person who doesnt want the service or hung up on repeatedly, and they still manage to meet their quotas and remain positive.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Everything is way too bottom-line driven. No real priority to actually do good work or take care of the customer.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Easy because I know the job well.
The result - I was hired.
Meeting the people i would be working for and getting to know all about the company.

What makes you most happy at work?
Waking up early and doing what you like to do.
Making money of course but also my coworkers. They are what make working bearable.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The culture is too negative and employees are apathetic. Leadership needs to put out more realistic budgets. Employees need to actually care about the customers.
We need to have realistic expectations and be allowed to reach the goals in an honest manner.
