Although Turing has an attractive compensation evaluation every six months, the rate at which I have personally performed, and the growing responsibilities and opportunities do make adjustments fall a little too slow or too short. Definitely, a more competitive and cautious improvement to consider.

I had no experience in the role, so I focused on what I have known and how that could best serve Turing's operations, knowing I could always learn and improve. My managers made sure that all efforts were appreciated, providing challenges and responsibilities that have helped build my career.
