My coworkers are all excellent people. It's known that many feel underappriciated and unheard, however.

The quarterly bonus system was replaced with a yearly one which I don't think will provide an accurate assesment. There is a bonus system, however.

My team supports eachother and we truly care about eachother as coworkers and as people. I believe our manager has a lot to do with that by making great choices when hiring but also truly leading rather than simply managing.
