Vervent Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

comprehensive and affordable health care. 401K matching.

Review from Sales Dept

The combination of salary and variable compensation has improved in my time here. For executives, the bonus structure should change to stay competitive, but we're headed in the right direction.

Review from Operations Dept

The competitive pay rate and high variable compensation.

Review from Executive Dept

Different options for health insurance. Living in Sioux Falls my whole life, I have only had the option for Sanford Health Plan (which isn't that great) so it is nice that I don't have to go to Sanford. I can now go to Avera if I would like

Cost is down and offers are up!

Review from Operations Dept

The medical insurance. Not having to worry about health issues and having a comprehensive care package for dental and vision needs is a blessing.

Yearly bonus is pretty good.

Review from Marketing Dept

I'm very happy with my entire compensation package! I'm used to being overworked and underpaid in previous jobs, and my compensation with Vervent is very generous!

Review from HR Dept

I like the pay for performance aspect of the compensation package. I get paid more if I met the goals established my position.

Review from HR Dept

Great benefits and 401k plan

Review from HR Dept

The vacation time and flexibility

Review from Marketing Dept

That it is comprehensive for all.

Review from Operations Dept

The salary is good, benefits are ok

Review from Sales Dept

Competitive salary and good benefits.

The quarterly bonus system was replaced with a yearly one which I don't think will provide an accurate assesment. There is a bonus system, however.

Review from Operations Dept

I'm very grateful for the healthcare provided

Review from Executive Dept

I would say the whole package is what works.

Review from Operations Dept

fair PTO earning, availability to earn bonus

401K with matching with no vesting period.

Review from Marketing Dept

That I can get food, there is medical attention, and I feel protected by the company.

Review from Design Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Operations staff is regularly undervalued, and turnover is very high. Vervent works with hiring agencies to keep the positions filled, but the benefits package is poor, and is combined with hourly pay that Vervent fights to keep as low as possible for operations staff.

Review from Operations Dept

I think the pay for my role for the location we're in is a bit under market and industry average and the lack of annual raises makes it a little hard to feel valued.

Review from Operations Dept

I wasn't aware that Vervent doesn't give annual raises so I was a little baffled when I found out. I understand Vervent has a variable compensation but in previous companies, I would receive an annual raise based on my performance and then a bonus based on the company/department performance.

Review from Operations Dept

I am happy enough with my salary but was unaware there are no annual raises provided. That detail should be communicated before people join the company

Training is atrocious. ZERO leadership. Zero response. Zero question answers. Zero trust.

A clearer picture on what could take me to a higher level when it comes to my role and my salary as well

Ideas are not valued if its not theirs. Stop the blame game and accept responsibility.

I feel undervalued because my pay is not fair. I would appreciate if I got a raise. I believed that my work is stellar.

Review from Operations Dept

If my contribution was taken into consideration.
