That they take the time to meet weekly and discuss the betterment of the company. They work towards finding solutions to help the company grow and to take care of their employees as well as their members.
Everyone is always willing to help out, no matter what is going on in your life or where you come from. They take their core values very serious here. Instead of just making them up for the company and ignoring them in practice, they actually follow through.
It was my first official job with my degree interview, so I do not have anything to really compare it to. I did like that they let me do the interview all in one since everyone was available instead of making me come back two to three other times.
We know how to keep things lighthearted and fun, but also serious and professional. We all have a strong work ethic and focus on getting the job done, but also are there for one another when someone needs a shoulder to lean on. I am grateful to not only call them coworkers, but family.
Probably my boss. My boss gives me many opportunities to learn, grow, and further my career. They also know how to take care of their employees and not walk all over them. Honestly, many in the company could take notes on my manager, but I am just grateful I got the one that I do.
