I appreciate that the coworkers around the office do have some level of familiarity with each other. While I don't see the people on the other side of the office much, we do still see each other enough that we can have a nice conversation.
I appreciate the supportive team environment and the opportunity to help members every day. The culture encourages collaboration, communication, and continuous learning, which creates a positive work atmosphere.

WeShare is a Christian faith-based company. There are weekly prayer meetings.
Overall the environment is good. Clean, new office, standing desks, good computers and equipment. It can get noisy sometimes with so many other people on phones all day, which can make things difficult for my particular role.
