I liked that my interview was split into two parts. "Technical" and "vibes". The first interview was mostly to see how much of the job I could do and how much needed to be taught, but I enjoyed the second interview being more about "Could I work with this person for 7+ hours?"

I've been in many interviews. For my role, the common theme these days is to have 5+ rounds of really long interviews, tests, and even on-sites, which I find to be a waste of time. For UHSM, the interview process was pretty streamlined and manageable. HR kept me informed through the process.
