I like that my dental and vision benefits can also have an FSA card with it so whenever I need to get work done, it usually does not need to be out of pocket.

Raises seem to be slightly above average here. Certain better than some companies I've been at, but I've also been at companies that had greater compensation packages. The benefit packages are decent for a company this size. Ideally, it could change to even better in the future.

Some teams have a binus structure built in while others do not. The comoensation could be better if bonuses were possible for all teams.
