I like that my dental and vision benefits can also have an FSA card with it so whenever I need to get work done, it usually does not need to be out of pocket.
Honestly, I value the combination of competitive pay, benefits, and the opportunity for long-term growth. I also enjoy the experience I’m gaining by helping members resolve complex situations and navigate provider network

Annual evaluation is done along with salary increase
Raises seem to be slightly above average here. Certain better than some companies I've been at, but I've also been at companies that had greater compensation packages. The benefit packages are decent for a company this size. Ideally, it could change to even better in the future.

One of the best parts of the compensation package is the 401(k) matching. It shows the company truly cares about employees’ futures and long-term financial growt

Good health insurance packages and mental health benefits too
The package is competitive and good for my family
It's great having the option to get a PPO especially when I don't need a referral to see a specialist.
It takes care of everything I need.
The paid time off and paid holidays, as well as the health, vision, etc benefits.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Market-rate pay to stay competitive and no PTO blackout policy.
Some teams have a binus structure built in while others do not. The comoensation could be better if bonuses were possible for all teams.
