Pre Contract Preparation and actually providing relevant training to support their customer base versus just tossing out theoretical knowledge base articles (which are often incorrect)

This is an absolutety terrible place to work. The local media has no idea what it's like to work at (and couldn't care less) in this IT call center sweatshop. Little room for advancement, terrible lack of training, and constant stressful work environment are the norm here. Time the truth came out

1901 does not pay or even attempt to pay at the average salary level for the positions it fills. The company solicits business from Federal agencies by convincing them to eliminate their internal IT staff , as 1901 can do it cheaper. (Not as effective... cheaper....)

There needs to be a UNION at 1901 Group. Primarily seeking effective management and training to better support the customer. Also the over the top call volume and being spread too thin needs to be addressed.

The company is in bad need of a UNION. You either burnout and quit or eventually get fired at 1901 for questioning the large number of 'KnowledgeBase articles' thst are poorly written, don't work, or make allowances for abnormal scenarios
