There needs to be a UNION at 1901 Group. Primarily seeking effective management and training to better support the customer. Also the over the top call volume and being spread too thin needs to be addressed.
The company is in bad need of a UNION. You either burnout and quit or eventually get fired at 1901 for questioning the large number of 'KnowledgeBase articles' thst are poorly written, don't work, or make allowances for abnormal scenarios
