Pre Contract Preparation and actually providing relevant training to support their customer base versus just tossing out theoretical knowledge base articles (which are often incorrect)
Actually providing good instruction to the team? Procedures that actually work? A more realistic work volume? How long of a list am I allowed to enter here.
