No micromanagement, the ability to work autonamously & being fairly treated by my coworkers and managment. Which are all very important to me, I am able to maintain to my authentic self at all times and never feel judged as a result. All of which have led to a positive experience.

Apart from the obvious that the team have a positive outlook and are helpful and supportive. Each one of them are a joy to be around possessing interesting characteristic that are unique to them. They all have an authentic character which makes it easy to be myself around them. Plus, the laughs.
