What is the best part about your compensation package?
Very fair pay for my role

Based on majority of our sales/ recruiting team were able to make our base income and particularly based on performance were able to receive commission earning. Based on these metrics were able to foster an environment that promotes hard work and based on that were able to surpass a base income.

Health benefits are affordable, with multiple packages/levels to choose from. They also offer DailyPay, Telemed, 401k matching, FSA or HSA, and pet insurance. There is something for everyone!

What are some of the best things about your team?
I really enjoy getting to spend time with my team, learning from them, and building meaningful relationships. It creates a positive and collaborative environment.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive aspect of the culture is the genuine support and respect for employees. There is a strong emphasis on collaboration, work-life balance, and growth, which creates an environment where people feel valued and motivated to succeed.

They were very down to earth and understanding.

What I enjoy about our interview process is that it isn't so stuffy that it makes you nervous. It is just, people speaking to people. For me, that is a huge thing.

Management was very good at explaining what the role entailed, surveying me to highlight my skills, highlighting growth opportunities, and explaining why we would be a good fit for one another. The onboarding process was a smooth process as well.
