It would be nice if leadership was a reflection of the employees working for them, if they would listen to suggestions, had more people skills.

Benefits could be a bit better, especially as we're growing as a company
I feel that for the work that we do which was not in our job description we should be compensated more. Also there should be a scale on reliability so they can feel more valued as they are used more often than others making the same pay. Also we need more than 300 characters.

The leadership team was very honest about the needs of the position and the program, and I felt like expecations were clearly communicated in a way that allowed me to come in and know how to thrive.
I liked hearing about the role and the company. It wasn't just questions being asked of me. They made sure I understood the company goals and philosophy.
I like how the interviewing regional manager makes potential employees feel comfortable during the interview process and asks in depth questions that make sure that the position being offered is the right fit for both of us.

not specific to my current company within 2020 but trying to get interviews with different areas i was looking to move to and then just being completely blown off for the virtual interviews on multiple occasions

Flexibility of hours due to the nature of the business. There are always ways to work in a Dr appointment etc. without it being an issue. Work/life balance and family friendly!

2020 companies is not as well known as actionlink mosaic and market stars
