The leadership team was very honest about the needs of the position and the program, and I felt like expecations were clearly communicated in a way that allowed me to come in and know how to thrive.
I liked hearing about the role and the company. It wasn't just questions being asked of me. They made sure I understood the company goals and philosophy.
I like how the interviewing regional manager makes potential employees feel comfortable during the interview process and asks in depth questions that make sure that the position being offered is the right fit for both of us.

The interviews I've done with 2020 have all had some kind of outlying factor (generally positive) that removes them from the norm so I don't think it's reasonable for me to comment here.

The recruiter was so kind and responsive. The process was clear and fast.
It was quick, easy, and the Recruiting team was very helpful.
When I was hired, because of the situation, 2020 companies was able to rectify several immediate issues regarding PTO, 401(k), and insurance. The process is relatively easy to get through when conditions are adequate.

I had a chance to be interviewed from people from other areas of the company. It was nice to understand where I would fit in in their daily work life.
Opportunity to interview with team members as well as meet with HR to review Benefits and culture.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
not specific to my current company within 2020 but trying to get interviews with different areas i was looking to move to and then just being completely blown off for the virtual interviews on multiple occasions
