The meetings are generally brief, but we have them frequently and they are full of relevant information

They help out where they can, and give a lot of insightful information. They aren't problematic for me, and accepting, which I've noticed with prior placements, can be an issue with others.

Got to talk with my team and not just the manager

They did an active role play on what it'd be like in the role, so I could see if this was a good fit for me, as much as they were seeing if I was a good fit for them.
