Come as you are is one of our core values. We have a very diverse team on multiple fronts, and every single person on my team is high impact, no ego. That allows us to achieve things we simply otherwise couldn't.

Performance based upside. I was previously at one of the major tech giants and while there was great security there, the rewards didn't often match the effort. It was too capped, even in areas of the business where employees had a huge hand in driving outsized results. At 2K, results = rewards.

Strong opinions, loosely held. In the face of new/better evidence, the LT will provide the necessary resources or pivots to strategy to achieve our lofty goals. Everyone has a voice at 2K and great ideas can come from anywhere. Most of all, our LT members are good humans who I want to follow.
