They are nice and friendly, try to include everyone, but have limitations that cause misinformation within their teams.

We have some really strong leaders, but they are becoming less effective as the CEO has become such a prevalent topic in meetings. Their are still a number of great people who are passionate about the company.

The executive leadership team is only concerned about white knuckling their tiny bit of power so they can exercise it over everyone "beneath" them. The loop is "we want your feedback, we're open to suggestion!" but they ignore everything that comes from below executive level.

The leadership team lacks emotional intelligence and the capacity to care about their employees. There is nothing I like about executive leadership. My personal leadership team is great but they also struggle against executive leadership.

Some of them were duplicitous and only focused on their own little fiefdoms, however most were genuinely interested in making the best of the company.
