Solid talent and great chemistry.

Publicly, embarrassing employees should not be tolerated in any capacity. Operating off of a public grading system while simultaneously not allowing us to discuss our pay within other coworkers is illegal in so many ways.

Skilled and accountable. Engaged and proactive

Most of us have stayed around so long because of our own departments and teams. Explorica was a great company to work for, with great internal structure and true open door policies. WorldStrides did a wonderful job of stripping that when it acquired Explorica.

The only saving grace at WorldStrides is the people who work there in mid-management or lower. We are all struggling and suffering under the oppressive regime together, so it bonds us. Co-workers support each other and help each other to leave to pastures that aren't as barren as this one.

Our team is the only good think about working at WorldStrides. The people at the lower levels do try to make the best of the situation we are in. We support each other and lift each other up when executive management lets us down and puts us down.
