I hold out hope that the CEO becomes keenly aware that the operations department is in dire need of a complete overhaul. I was given a job offer and I accepted. They were going to send the equipment and I was going to start in 5 days. Out of nowhere I got an email that they rescinded the job offer without an explanation and they won't respond to my text, calls or emails.
