Executive team is egregiously disconnected from subordinates. No clear process standards for ANYTHING. Equal opportunity for advancement does not exist. Constant restructuring of Employee Organizational Chart. Positions created and people appointed without posting and/or allowing others to apply.

Leadership transparency and a family culture that makes everyone feel valued.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communicate with people and don't just leave them in the dark about decisions you make when their livlihood is at state. Don't act like a jealous girlfriend by calling early in the morning and leaving multiple voicemails when you don't get a call back immediately when its 6am.
