What would you improve about your company's interview process?I think their interview process was fine. I don't like the webcam interviews but it wasn't that big of a deal. They rescinded my offer and won't respond to me after this when I'm trying to find out what happened. It's like dealing with a child.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?They are petty and childish and don't allow employees to communicate. They don't allow questions to be asked so that they understand what is required of them.
