What are some of the best things about your team?

Willingness to learn. Tenacity. Resilience. I enjoy my team members. My team has potential to be a GREAT team. Unfortunately, there is a lot of untapped potential and opportunities missed due to lack of structure, support, training, tools, and communication.

Everyone gets along on a friendship level. For the most part, people are bought into ADTRAV which makes for team members who truly care about the work they are doing.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

They ignore me and won't respond to my emails , texts, or calls. They are extremely petty and childish.
