The hiring manager takes the time to get to know you outside of the position duties. This going a long way to make sure people are the right fit resulting in a closer company culture.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I think their interview process was fine. I don't like the webcam interviews but it wasn't that big of a deal. They rescinded my offer and won't respond to me after this when I'm trying to find out what happened. It's like dealing with a child.
