The CEO is the most positive, supportive, optimistic, approachable and kindest people I've ever encountered in this business. He loves what he does and his enthusiasm is contagious.

The CEO is very friendly, accessible, and funny. He truly tries to get to know everyone in the company on a personal level. This trickles down to the rest of the management team which makes for good working culture.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Don't ignore employees and rescind job offers for no reason. Don't call people at 6am and then call back an hour later wondering why they haven't returned your call yet.
