The overall culture is great, I think the company is at a time where it's taking off. This poses challenges at times as new employees come in they may feel lost. The team members are very busy which makes it difficult to ask for help as you don't feel comfortable adding more work to others.

The times I feel undervalued are when I receive feedback/criticism for certain actions that are out of my control or are the responsibility of another employee. I think one thing that would help this is to ask for context or assume that team members have the best intent and mistakes happen.
