What is the best part about your compensation package?
The company's benefit package is better than other companies I have worked at. Not only do they have affordable health benefits, but they have added benefits such as Fertility benefits/Adoption Assistance, as well as Lifestyle Spending accounts

The perks we are given are great! We have unlimited vacation and several holidays. We also got 5 all company days off as a surprise this summer. The company is dedicated to our mental wellbeing and are currently doing a 3 week wellness challenge including yoga sessions!

What are some of the best things about your team?
What I found to be different at 6sense is everyone cares about the success of others. When you need help there are many who will step up to help you. They also work to share information so everyone is informed. Every internal call we have people go out of their way to cheer others on.

The team is smart, driven and collaborative. The politics you see in other orgs is non existant at 6sense.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
there is so much that is positive about the culture at the company, but I think it is how supportive everyone is to help people be successful. Everyone understands that we are only as successful as our weakest link, and so we all work to ensure we do not have a weak link.

What makes me the most happy at work is seeing how everyone is focused on the success of our customers because we know without them we are nothing.
