I have wanted to work at 6sense for a few years and jumped at the chance to join. I'm so proud to be working for such a successful and progressive organization. We work hard but we also play hard and our worklife balance is a major focus for the exec team.

The leadership team is transparent, motivating and truely cares about employee well being.

The team is smart, driven and collaborative. The politics you see in other orgs is non existant at 6sense.
What makes you most happy at work?
I work to help our clients be successful and helping them along their ABM journey makes me most happy.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are so clearly all committed to and working toward common goals. We celebrate each others successes and provide support to each other when needed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The perks we are given are great! We have unlimited vacation and several holidays. We also got 5 all company days off as a surprise this summer. The company is dedicated to our mental wellbeing and are currently doing a 3 week wellness challenge including yoga sessions!
