I have only been here for ~3 months, and I already feel so much happier and more comfortable than I did at my last company I was with for 3+ years. The environment, people here, and values we have at 6sense are amazing, and I really feel like I fit in here.

I love that we have weekly team touch bases, both with my immediate team, and then with the greater team. We take this time to connect on what we are all working on, brainstorm ideas if someone needs help with a problem, and just chat about personal life.

¿Qué es lo que más te gusta de tu equipo directivo?
I feel like even though I started ~3 months ago I still feel like I can go to leadership with questions, concerns, ideas, or just to chat (which is crazy considering we now have >1000 employees!) I love the all hands meetings, the office house Lat hosts, and the emails about world events.

Can I say all of them? Coming from a company who's benefits were not very good, it is crazy to me to be somewhere that has such a great benefits package. There is also great info that explains the benefits, which is SUPER helpful, esp to someone who is figuring out insurance for the first time :)
