I enjoy the ability to have a conversation with candidates and not trick them on a hard question to try and boost my ego.Nobody should do that. We don't do that here.

Everyone has a "jump in" mentality to fix issues that arise. Also, people really seem to care about each other. I have yet ran into a person that isn't willing to help out in some capacity.

ActiveCampaign thrives in many ways because happiness and togetherness is pushed from the top down. Jason and team really care about their employees. The things that are done and actions shown toward employees can't be faked like this. They really care.
